The series of works « moving pyrotechnics » is composed of multimedia creations on video media in the form of paintings, drawings and sculptures, moving and inhabited, kinds of apparitions, which echo Latin American magic and mysticism

The title of the exhibition comes from the reading of Blaise Cendrars, who refers to a friend: Alexandre Rouhier (Pharmacologist and esoterist 1875-1968) and quotes a passage from his work where he can read: « ...and who suffers, marvelled and worried, endlessly orgy and always renewed from these moving pyrotechnics! These phenomena could only be attributed to the god of Fire and Light... ». This refers to the effects of Peyotl (an hallucinogenic cactus found in Latin America) but fascination with hallucinatory images that stimulate the imagination is a constant in the artistic creation of all times.

Likewise these video animations are subtle interpellations that want to introduce a symbolic and fantastic space in our daily life, but via new technologies. This is a way of asserting the unchanged character of the motivations that push towards the creative act and this by always using fire and light but in digital, digital, electronic form.
